Rick Thomson was married to Nina and they both were running a company. They seemed to be a calm couple until the moment when Nina started to behave strangely. She was daily in a bad mood, she started crying about trifle things and this drove Rick crazy in the end. He decided to get rid of his wife and be the only owner of the company and all the money they owned. And the only method to get rid of her was by killing Nina. In order to take his plan to the end, he asked for help his associate in business, Paul, who seemed interested in dividing the money of the company to two and not three persons.

Still, on the other hand, Nina was only was shamming. She adopted that type of behaviour just to get Rick into a trap, one which would turn tragically for him. Nina preten ded to be in love with Paul and the latter believed her. In fact, Paul was truly in love with her and he wanted to have a serious relationship with the woman. Therefore, he played a double role: he pretended to be Rick's friend and help him get rid of his wife, but in fact he was on Nina's side and he was helping her to kill her husband.

It was a cold winter when Rick convinced his wife to visit an old castle, somewhere in the mountains. He told her that it was a great means to help her relax, as she was lately stressed. Therefore, they decided to leave for that place, even if Nina did not want at the beginning. The castle was empty as there were no visitors during the winter season. It looked very strange and while in the courtyard, Rick began to tell his wife a series of scary stories. He was trying to make her go mad and to kill herself, by drawing in the nearby ocean.

'Darling, why do we have to be here? It is getting dark and I feel very cold. And you are scaring me with all your stories about kings and brides who killed themselves here. Please, let's go…'

'But darling, you have to see a very interesting courtyard here in the castle. I'm sure you will like it a lot'.

'The only thing I really want to do is to leave this place, please…'

'Ok, let's go back.'

The moment they returned to the principal gate, surprise: it was closed. This was part of the plan, but Nina pretended to know nothing.

'What shall we do now? Are we going to spend the night here?'

'I'm afraid we will. The person who takes care of the castle did not know we are here, so it will open here tomorrow. Let's go inside, I will show you the cave'.
