Aspects of the Didactic Communication at the Child Having Mental Deficiency

Q:   Ask a Question about Aspects of the Didactic Communication at the Child Having Mental Deficiency
Aspects of the Didactic Communication at the Child Having Mental DeficiencyThe study of the romanian language and education system has as central purpose the developement of the elements competences of pupil oral and written communication and the familiarization with the literary and non literary texts, characteristic to their age.

Communication is the procedure through which a piece of information is transmitted between two persons, a person and a group or two groups being vital for the humans.

One knows four types of communication: direct, indirect, multiple and collective. The elements of the communication process are: the transmiter, the receiver, the message, the code, the transmision channel.

The communication is realized at thre levels: the logical one, the para verbal and the non verbal one. The types of communication are: inter personal, between person, in a gruop and between people at a mass. The communication is realized through the language and trough the speech. To communicate means to survire and to learn the others to survive.

The didactic communication is a change of messages between teacher and poupil. It is realized at oral and written level through visual way and through gestures.
The didactic communication proves its efficiency when both the teacher and the pupils keep certain rules. Within school communication a very important voleis taken by the written and speaking skills. The speaking activity has a big influence on the wretten one; thus the beller a child expresses him self verbally lesss problems he has is writter communication. Certainly, between these two types of communication exist also many discrepancies. This way, for a corect communication through noriting, we must knouw, corect, spelleng, gramatical, stylistic writing rules.

For example, children with developmental disabilities may learn to sit up, to crawl, or to walk later than other children, or they may learn to talk later. Both adults and children with intellectual disabilities may also

- have trouble speaking
- find it hard to remember things
- have trouble understanding social rules
- have trouble discerning cause and effect
- have trouble solving problems
- have trouble thinking logically.
- persistence of infantile behaviour.

The teacher has eliminate from his behavior certain inefficient communication modalities, as: the criticism, the ideea of characterize a person by a deed, giving adwices, the overpraise, the usage of questions without answers etc.
Taking into acount the up to date didactis which puts the child not the piece of information in the centre of the education process, is not the teacher the one who transmits information. There is about a more complex proces, which recognizes the child right to make "his own" experiences, to try his own ideeas", "to make errors", "to have his own rihthm", "his own likes and dislikes".
