Everyone seems to have some sort of relevance or indulgence with the tea. All sort of people are found drinking tea with zest.

Talking about athletes, drinks that come to mind are water, energy drinks but very often the word Tea blinks in the mind. Most sportsmen are conscious about drinking tea but they don't have an idea how useful it can be for them. Tea is useful for all of them who drink it in reasonable amount.

It decreases heart disease, high blood pressure and increases energy level. lapse leaf teas are the most beneficial for athletes as they are rich in antioxidants.

Tea is of many types green tea, black tea, loose leaf tea, lemon and apple tea. Tea contains some reasonable amount of caffeine which boosts energy level and keeps an athlete fresh and active and increases stamina.

And no doubt these benefits of tea are really good for an athlete as this is what an athlete is always looking for; high energy and more activeness.

The most important thing to consider by athletes is to use the tea that is natural and fresh and not just a water with lots of sugar and little tea.

It is most appropriate to brew your own tea from real leaves so that no artificial additives are there in your tea. Tea with honey rather than using sugar is the best way to extract the usefulness of tea.

All types of tea are equally beneficial for health of athletes but using green tea would be the best as it has more antioxidants than others.
