Caesar IV Caesar IV is a city building video game. The game was developed by Mill Entertainment. IT was released on 6th of September in 2006 in North America. The game has a feature of 3 dimensional game engines. The players can model their game characters by themselves. The time line of the story is in the period of Caesar in ancient Rome.

Similar to the original release in 1993, the game has to stimulate a city administration in ancient Rome. The sibling release Children of the Nile was similar to this and continues a trend in the city - building game genre. The game uses enhanced game design and play. The demo of this was released on August 16th in 2006.

Different from older versions of the series, Caesar IV is having realistic, variable 3D in the place of isometric 3D as in older versions. This will allow more real looking landscapes and city views. The player will be able to see and use the features of the game well. They will be able o create efficient and visually appealing layouts of the city.

The game has tried to feature everything closer to the old Roman lifestyle as far as possible. The game is divided into three parts and named after the three eras of Rome in ancient Days. They are Kingdom, Republic and Empire. A level editor is also available for the game, which made it much more popular than its predecessor.
