The famous and talented actress Debra Paget was born on August 19, 1933 in Denver, Colorado, USA and she came to the world in a happy and beautiful family. Her parents were the both important persons.

She wasn't the only child of the family because her parents had another two daughter and one son; her family moved from Denver in Los Angeles because they wanted to be more close to the developing film industry because her mother was a great actress and she had a big dream, that one to make her children actors too.

She was very decided to do that and put them to study acting. Debra started to play in theatre pieces since she was eight years old and this thing was very beautiful for her. She studied a lot because sh e liked very much what she was doing and when she was 13 years old she played in a 1946 production of Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor. She was very good and all the people noticed her great talent and she received role in original radio plays for Family Theater and she started to work there near famous people like Burt Lancaster, Tyrone Power, Cesar Romero, Ronald Colman, and Robert Stack.

She played in her first important film in 1948 in Cry of the City, directed by Robert Siodmak. Just after Debra graduated her high school she started to play in films from 20th Century-Fox and this thing was a great honor for her. In 1950 she played her first greatest film named Broken Arrow with James Stewart and she was very good in that movie because she played very well and was very appreciated and admired by important people from the movie world.

She played an Indian Princess "Appearing Day" in White Feather in 1955 near Robert Wagner and Jeffrey Hunter and later at MGM replaced Anne Bancroft as the Indian girl in The Last Hunt with Robert Taylor and Stewart Granger. After that she received many other roles in famous movies and she appeared many famous and important people like Richard Basehart, Michael Rennie, Cornel Wilde, Raymond Massey, Vincent Price, Charlton Heston, Yul Brynner, Anthony Quinn, Edward G. Robinson, Elvis Presley, Joseph Cotten, Robert Wagner and Donald Crisp.

She started to be a great actress like her mother wanted even she was very young. She had a great talent and the future in this career was very good for her.
