1. Always start with green leaves.

2.now add the cubes of any of the vegetables.

Take a bowl add 1l2 tablespoon of mustard paste,3 tablespoons of olive oil ,1 tbsp of lemon juice ,1/2 tbsp of vinegar(preferably fruit vinegar ).

Add pinch of black pepper and toss well till its mixed properly and then include it in your salad and enjoy the healthy ,nutritious salad. Salad dressings made at home are not only economical but are free of any preservatives as well.
