The number of overweight people is nowadays over 1 500 000 000. Specialists think that obese children will become the first generation ever who will have to suffer much more than their parents. Fighting against fatness is not only a problem of diet. It is also one of heredity and environment. The main causes of this pandemia are junk food, stress and sedentary life.
Eating highly processed food starving all day long and having late big suppers and also ceasing to have "sport" among one's hobbies is a huge threat for humanity. Specialists in obese disease are very worried about the fast increase of the ratio of fat children. This type of people risk the danger of getting serious illness and have a low hope of happy life.
Experts believe that governments should ban
advertising campaigns of junk food or sweets related to children under 18.
Fatness cannot be threated only by diets and pills. Hundreds and hundreds of diet recipes came up on market in the last few years but unfortunately the number of obese people continues to grow more and more. This is why the process of loosing weight is a very hard and longlasting one because it depends on a lot of factors like : ambition, motivation, support and a power to defeat your basic instinct.
Scientists discovered that weight problems causes not only chronical illness but they also produce stress and anxiety even at very early ages.
One of the most important way to loose weight is to reduce the fat food from your daily meals, such as : cream, bacon, oil, margarine, salamy etc. Avoid also potatoes, pastas, bread, dried fruit, nuts and sweets. You should take in consideration that a lot of fruit and vegetables eaten a day keeps your body health and gives you normal weight.
It is better to eat 5-6 times a day low quantity of food with very low calories. If you really want to take pills go to a doctor!
