The education for all can be a way of education improvement in general by the means of the reconsideration of the support given to some children.
In the Declaration from Salamanca it says that “The common school with an inclusive orientation represents the most efficient way of fighting against the discrimination, a way that creates hospitable communities, they build an inclusive society and offers an education for all. More than that, they guarantee an efficient education for most of the children and improve the efficiency of the educational system.
The preschool inclusion aims at the implementation of some coherent strategies of development of the consciousness and of formation of the children’s behavior in the direction of the tolerance and the nondiscrimination, of the acceptanc
e of the children with special needs and the children of other ethnics, not to make any differences in the behavior and verbal attitude.
By the means of educative activities, using various strategies and most of all, interactive methods and techniques, I succeeded in teaching the children what the toleration means.
We can say that our work is successful if the family is involved in the development of their own children, too.
Inclusive education is claimed by its advocates to have many benefits for the students. Instructional time with peers without need helps the learners to learn strategies taught by the teacher. Teachers bring in different ways to teach a lesson for special needs students and peers without need. All of the students in the classroom benefit from this. The students can now learn from the lesson how to help each other. Socialization in the school allows the students to learn communication skills and interaction skills from each other. Students can build friendships from these interactions. The students can also learn about hobbies from each other. A friendship in school is important for the development of learning. When a student has a friend the student can relate to a member of the classroom.
In conclusion: if we have any questions regarding the children in our class, we should appeal to the qualified authorities, to choose the most efficient strategies in our activity, according to the children’s individual and age particularities.
