Working in Romania or going to a foreign country to work is a real issue of nowadays generation. Because Romania joined the European Union, the possibility to work legally abroad represents the dream of almost every Romanian student.
To work in an European country with a high life standard for a good salary weighs more in the balance than starting to work in our country where most of the firms are looking for experienced people, don’t offer such a good wage and the feeling of instability is present in in all hearts due to political and social problems that Romania confronts with. So from this point of view the choice is easy.
But still, there are many questions that come to our mind when we take such a decision: Can you stay away from your family and friends? Can yo
u adjust to another system of rules, customs and completely different people? Can you work in a society whose citizens look down on you because you came to Their country, to take Their jobs? Can you have a job that in your country you would consider it low and degrading?
And above all, do you really have to go to another European country to have the job of your dreams or you are not just motivated enough to give your country the chance of not loosing well-educated persons who could make the difference?
So, are you sure that Romania doesn’t offer you the conditions to make you feel better working here than going to another country where you work and live among strangers?
