by Herminne Tonita -Obsessed with their looks and their weight, they spend entire hours in front of the mirror. They want to know everything about fashion and make up, even if they are not more than 8 years old. What is the solution?
A recent study shows that 90% of the girls with the age between 4 and 8 are already wearing make up or perfume, they wear short skirts and pants which are not suited for their age.
On the one hand the shops are full of clothes which imitate the clothes of the adults and on the other hand the girls decide themselves what they want to wear even from an early age. They don't like the color of the T-shirt, of the sandals, if on the head they should wear a scarf or a hat, if they match their skirt and so on. If they do all these only when they are 3 or 4 what will they do at 15?
Today our image counts more than it used to. At TV, from magazines and newspapers, from adds or clip boards you only see pretty faces which are always smiling. Girls only want to be like the stars they admire and don't care that these ones may be 25 or 30 and have all the right in the world to be sexy and attractive.
About 30% of the mothers encourage their behavior and are very happy to see how interested in fashion their girls really are.
In Dallas, USA there is a special place for children where they can go and have their hair done, their nails, they get advice on how to dress and how to match colors. The cost of the services is about 1,200$ and the youngest client of the place is only 7 years old.
This is a real business which produces much money. Today little girls have all kinds of products for their hair, make-up and designers who only make clothes exclusively for them. How not to try and look good if you have everything you need at hand?
Mothers should try to explain their girls that every age has its beauties and you don't have to get over them just to look sexy. You are also very nice even if you are not wearing lipstick or eye shadow. You will have all the time in the world to make up when you go to work and there it is quite compulsory to look the best you can.
