Jet lag solutions Jet lag can be quite irritating and painful and can make the body go all defunct. Well, this can't be ignored or avoided as travelling to different places with varied time zones makes you jet lagged no matter what.

But there are remedies that can help to cope you with it. Some of them we will try to discuss here.

Flying for long hours and from one continent to an entirely different continent, jet lag can be caused as body doesn't recognise this sudden change in timings of days and nights. The body takes time to adapt to the place and its timing, but in midst of it, it gets confused, like at times we do, and starts to act upset.

This might give rise to indigestion, cold, lack of sleep, cough, constipation, sinus, dizziness, sleeping at odd times etc. It is very normal to have the se symptoms when jet lagged.

There are some ways to keep away from it to an extent, which might not eliminate the possibility of a jet lag but lessen the pain. Here are a few things you need to

take care of while on a flight:

Drink lots of water which keeps your body hydrated in the artificial air of the plane.
Avoid taking coffee or liquor as these are high in calories and can worsen the situation by making you feel pukish.

If it is a long flight take a walk or stretch your body a little frequently.
Try sleeping sufficient amount a few days before your flight.

On landing, get enough fresh air that can help you breathe well and blood circulation also improves.

After reaching the destination take a shower with warm water, this will make you get rid of fatigue and at least helps you sleep better.

These are a few things to be kept in mind to fight jet lag.
