Kelly Carlson's Diet and Exercise philosophy is the fact that she looks great. Kelly Carlson doesn't stress about what she eats, or about her working. She maintains a good balance between eating and exercising.

Kelly Carlson also said she is comfortable in her own skin .She never uses a body double but admits that there is a lot of pressure for her to be in good shape and that if she weren't she would be.

She said that she don't like to eat from fast foods because the food are not so good and healthy.

"I lift weights. I eat really healthy. I rarely drink alcohol. I had a half of a drink tonight but I haven't had a drink in six months. I just don't". "I don' drink coffee because I don't think it's good for you, but it's not a diet thing. I don' eat a lot of pasta because it makes me tired, not because I get fat."
