Teaching aims:

- Develop plans for applying the new concepts
- Share the new concepts with others

Skills: listening, speaking, reading

Aids: the flowers used to conjugate verbs

Procedure:

Warm – up: 7' Song: This is the Way I go to school
Aim: to help the students switch their mind to English and focus on the target vocabulary, another purpose is also that of releasing stress.
Intelligences addressed: linguistic, intrapersonal, musical, kinesthetic
Active learning: Experience of doing.
Ss sing the song creating their own stanzas if they want: This is the way I brush my teeth…. So early in the morning. Eat my egg, drink my milk and so on.
Practice: 25'
Intelligences addressed: intrapersonal, linguistic, visual, interpersonal
Active learning: Dialogue with self. Experience of doing. Observing when others speak.
The teacher help Ss make their own sentences using the ‘actions' from the song and conjugating the verbs with the aid of the flower. Each verb is written on a circle and this circle is used as a flower core.

Consolidation: A game 10'
Intelligences addressed: intrerpersonal, linguistic, kinestesic
Active learning: Dialogue with self, others. Experince of doing.
Aim: The T gives asks a S to say something like: I brush my teeth. This S calls a peer a S2. S2 must say S1 brushes her teeth, I drink milk. And so on.

A bingo game: 5'
Ss are asked to arrange the core of the flowers in a BINGO grid. The T calls activities at random. The S who is the first to call BINGO wins the game.

Homework: 5'
Ss are asked to make two lists : List one Activities I like, List two Activities my best friend like.
