It is the most important thing in the marathon to finish it quickly but there are some of the major mistakes which mostly the runners make during the marathon. Finish your marathon quickly but without doing these mistakes:

1. Arriving late in the competition.

You should manage your time as the time management is very important. You have to need some time before arriving in the competition to prepare you mentally as well as physically. It's better for you to spend maximum time to prepare yourself for the competition so that you can warm up well enough and focus on the techniques and the strategies that you have prepared.

2. Start too fast the competition

Most of the runners start too fast the competition only just because of the enthusiasm and passion and due to this; they spend a lot of their energy long before they finish it. You can measure your heart rate so make sure that you are running stable. You can also use a scale of 1-10 based on your maximum effort. Half of the marathon is on the scale of 5 or 6.

3. Wearing new equipment in the competition.

If you are preparing your new clothes and shoes for the day of the competition it can cause you the skin irritation, and you can feel uncomfortable, and it badly affects your performance. If you want to use them then it is good for you to familiarize yourself with the new clothes shoes and exercise gradually you should apply the petroleum jelly to rub that area with the skin.

4. Too much to drink in the practice

You should start from one week before your competition as the hydration process occurs continuously. However, never drinks water a more 500ml one hour before starting the game. You should also do not try that drinks or food which you have never tried it in the practice or before it.

5. Sprint on the rise
One of the major mistakes which normally the runners do in the competition which had a very bad impact on their performance desires to run up a hill. As a result the runners tired after running at a few km later.
