Whenever you are sick and tired of staying indoors you call a friend to come over to your place or to go out. You know when you are not alone you'll feel less bored and you'll find something interesting to do. But if you ask someone to do something they don't enjoy they aren't such a good company. This means that you're having fun when you're doing exactly the things you enjoy.
If you don't like to go to the mountains but the rest of the group has decided to go there for the holidays you accept the decision even if you know you won't enjoy yourself. You'll try to forget you are in a place you don't like so much, you'll do all sorts of things you like, but there will definitely be times when you don't enjoy yourself.

red quickly, you'll come to argue for insignificant things, the atmosphere becoming tense. Instead of relaxing yourself you feel stressed and you'll want to go home as soon as possible.
When parents make you go visit someone you don't even know very well you don't enjoy yourself because you are not with the persons you like. You get to argue with them for persons you don't really care about, and you come to think parents want to tell you what friends to choose or how to spend your spare time.
The more somebody insists on you doing something the more you get to hate that thing even if you don't know what it's all about.
In conclusion we should always try to do things we like but also to think at the persons around us and how this affects them.
