Today's generation does all wild things possible in the name of fun and entertainment. One of such example is blind date; a date with someone, whom they've never met in their life before, an evening with a complete stranger.

It might be fun and thrilling but it has many serious dangers also associated with it. A little bit of carelessness and you can land up in grave danger and the consequences can give you scars lasting lifelong. So it's advisable to take precautions and keep some basic things in mind so that the date is fun and not a trouble.

There are several things which you need to take care of but few basic things you can start with are, first of all quickly check him out. Check his full name his background education and address.

Check what he is doing for living and other basic questions which yield necessary information about a person. Be careful it shouldn't look as if you're interrogating him.

Also before going on a blind date inform someone close to you and capable of taking responsibilities, about where you're going and for how long you'll be on the date. So if any problem comes up you can be rescued quickly. Next thing you need to do is park your car in a well lit public place. So in a situation of a mishap you can shout for help.

Also don't agree for a place where people whereabouts are minimal. Go for some place which has lots of people some restaurant or a club in the city or whatever is convenient. And don't ever get in the car of your blind date.

Don't do it for any reason. If you're asked to do so, then politely turn down the request saying as it's the first time you'll manage on your own, or say you never do that on the first date. Getting in someone's car of whom you don't know is even more dangerous than stepping in a tiger's cave. So take care and keep these things in mind because it is good to enjoy and have fun, but that fun shouldn't end up in a situation which makes us repent for later time to come.
