Resident Evil: Outbreak: File #2 is also known as Japan Biohazard Outbreak : File 2. This is an universal online horror game that was developed by Capcom. The company later published it for Play Station 2 for Japan on 9th September 2004. The same title was released for North America in 5th of April the following year and for Europe in 26th of August the dame year.
After the success of the Outbreak in Japan, the company announced the release of its sequel Resident Evil : Outbreak file # 2 towards the end of 2004. The same eight characters were returned with similar abilities and the game will again take place in the same old fictions city named Racoon City. The new sequel had 5 more advanced scenarios available. The game came packed with the demo of Devil May Cry 3 free of cost.
players have to choose a scenario, a charter and the difficulty layer to play. They difficulty level represents the strength of the enemies ad the adventures encountered while playing. Upon completion of the required levels, the player will unlock the mode called "Infinity Mode" which will give the player the power so that their weapons will never break down or run out.
Online play and multiplayer mode was given to the players from 2007. The Capcom carried out many campaign to promote the play as there were some issues with the changing of the server of the game.
