Speaking handicaps can exist having different degrees and proportions at the normal intellectually subjects and at these presenting another handicap, also. Even if there is no other handicap about but the speaking one only, the child is missing more or less the possibility to get and to express the knowledge correctly. The graver the speaking handicaps are, the simpler and more uniform by they appear’ in speaking skills, and, homogenously, the ones regarding the personality can by added, also. And they are determined by the gravity and extension of the speaking handicap. All these reflect then selves in a low capacity of social and school integration, in manifesting a strage and abnormal behavior and a reduced adaptability. That is why, the knowledge, even reduced, of the main categories o
f speaking problems which can appear at the preschool and school age, creates to the teacher the possibility to treat the children differently and to try to recuperate them by correction.
The summering belongs to fluency and rhythm problems type and shows it self throng to repeating some sounds and syllables at the beginning and in the middle of the word, by making a pause between them or by repeating the words.
A permanent linguistic stimulation is necessary, the children have to be offered correct pronunciation models, the words, the notions should be selected and adapted according to the child’ s understanding level, the exaggerated challenge should be avoided, the speaking with all its aspect should be stimulated ( comprehension, vocabulary grammar structures, communication organized). The conversations on different themes, the reading according to the images, the memorizations, the didactic games with grammar structures must be and are used both at both “zero group” and first class.
By reading the specialized literature, the masters and the teacher have the change to choose many exercises in other to correct the pronunciation errors this way offering, each child the change to practice the speaking skills both at school and home. It is advisable that the parents should be discussed to their children speaking problems about and these should be given an individually working program so that they could practice speaking kills daily.
The teacher must take into consideration the education of the children personality in the whole throng this types exercises, making each child participate actively, the idea of creating a pleasant, non stressing climate, open to earring skills.
