The fate of Terri Schiavo

Q:   Ask a Question about The fate of Terri Schiavo
The fate of Terri Schiavo Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer was been the target of criticism, disdain and hatred from the public because of his continuous denials of motions and appeals by Terri Schiavoís parents.

Judge George Greer was then forced to resign his membership after the criticism in the Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater. It was then informed to public by Richard Land that Judge Greer and the church had come to mutual agreement for his resign from membership.

Later on the truth for his resign came out by the St. Petersburg Times report that Judge Greer was warned by the pastor by a somber letter that said that it was that case which would define his career and also that he would remember for his rest of life.

There was feuding going on between that family of Terriís husband and he r parents regarding her body and also the primary opponents were in debate over the Schiavoís right to live or die. The controversy was over her body on which Terriís parents wanted to bury it in Florida whereas her husband Michael was planning to have Terri cremated and then her remains interred in Pennsylvania, where they lived together.

Terri Schiavo herself was not aware of the things going around her at her final days and if she somehow would come to knew then she surely was going to be saddened from those negative impacts taken by those people whom she even didnít knew.

There was the hearing arranged by the Senate and House for those cases where a disabled patientís wishes were unknown and family members do not agree for the neurological and long-term care of that disable patient.

If Terri Schiavo was made aware of such instructions before her collapse in the year 1990 then she would surely not lied in bed and let her family waged war against each other for more than 15 years.

Everyone should take something positive from the heartbreaking story of Terri Schiavo and the battle over her right to live or die.

There were also many people who had include themselves to save the life of Terri but had to deal with some negative consequences. But at the end only some of the fact can be made after her legacy that few decisions are too important to go unspoken and it might be able to be leaved up to some other to decide for you.
