The inclusive education has in view an institutionalized modality of schooling children with special needs and problems in common schools and classes.
The integrated educational system for the children with special problems has more dimensions:
- the legislative and administrative dimension , referring to the educational politics means that the schooling of these children is an integrated part and a responsibility of the national educational system;
- the pedagogic dimension which emphasizes the necessity of the appropriation of the teaching- learning conditions for the children with special needs with those of the other children, concerning the place of schooling and the curriculum.
- The social dimension which emphasizes the importance of the relationship, social interaction be
tween the children, having mostly positive effect for all the children.
Taking into account the introduction and application of this concept which has an important impact of the way the scool functions and is organized, there are more dimensions and contemporary challenges such as:
- Focus on child his oneness;
- an open , friendly school;
- comprehensively - understanding and acceptance of the differences between the children;
- democracy and human solidarization - a more natural, fair school;
- the answer to various educational situations;
- a flexible school, which can learn and change
- acceptance of all children
- integration of all children
The preschool inclusion aims at the implementation of some coherent strategies of development of the consciousness and of formation of the children’s behavior in the direction of the tolerance and the nondiscrimination, of the acceptance of the children with special needs and the children of other ethnics, not to make any differences in the behavior and verbal attitude.
The inclusion is an educational politics , but in the same time, a challenge which is necessary in a group of children for their development as “ true citizens” in a school of democracy being at the beginning of its way. The differences between the children of one group may cause problems which may lead to the risc of neglecting children.
The challenges for the goup are to maintain the goup united and to fight against the need of exclusion that may occur. This should be done beginning with small ages , according to the children’s life in group experience by the modification of working modalities and by the change of the laws, by a new strategy, by the lack of prejudice to facilitate the participation of all children to the activities.
That’s why we can say that the work with children should continue until there will be no differences between children in the same group, and the parents will accept all their children’s classmates.
