Nowadays car accidents on the roads have become a concerning issue for authorities and not only. Drivers don't pay enough attention when they drive and that's why so many accidents happen. A good driver must be very careful when he is driving, he must watch the traffic lights and the pedestrian crossings.
One of the most important aspects of a proper road behaviour of a good driver is the speed limit: he must drive under 50 km an hour in a built-up area and not to exceed 90 km an hour outside the built-up area. The major cause of car crashes is the high speed. Young drivers, who lack experience and are eager of excitement are the ones who get to suffer due to their irresponsability. The things become even worse if drivers drink alchool and they don't take into ac
count the fact they not only put in danger their lives but also the lives of other drivers or pedestrians. Many innocent people died in car accidents on pedestrian crossings because of drunk drivers who had no idea what they were doing.
Traffic rules can be a bit annoying and they may sometimes seem absurd but their purpose is the safety on roads. If wearing a seat belt has become compulsory why nobody does so? Should an accident happen it may save your life. It is a little bit uncomfortable and sometimes you forget to fasten it, but we should always think at our lives and what it's best to do not to hurt others.
All in all we should always cooperate with the police and try to obbey road sense, so as to diminish the number of accidents.
