The Role of the Educative Factors in the Achievement of Inclusive Education

The Role of the Educative Factors in the Achievement of Inclusive Education" … I am the child. You are holding my destiny in your hands.
You mostly decide , if I succed or fail in my life!
Please, give me those things which lead me to happiness.
Grow me up, please, to be able to bless the world"
(from "Child's Appeal", Manie Jene Cole)

The inclusive education has ,as a fundamental principle, an education for all, an education with all – which represents a reality who wins advocates over and which materializes itself in experieces and good practices of integration/ inclusion.

The early development stimulation programmes represents an important stage of the accomplishment of the education for all. These have a determinative influence upon the development of inteligence, personality and social behaviour.

In contemporary pe dagogics there is an intense preocupation in finding the best ways and means of educative intervention beginning with small ages; upon a wide category of infantile population.

The kindergarten which integrates the children with special needs and determines its atitude upon these children internly, “directly or indirectly”, is formed of kindergarten teachers, parents and children and at the external level in fomed of : society with many institutions and various media factors.

An esential condition for the success of these actions belonging to all these three active factors in the kindergarten is the existence of a constructive realationship of understanding which is realized through open atitude and disponibility, through a specific “pozitivism” intesified by will and belief.

The children with special educative needs which are integrated in the kindergarten programme have a good colaboration between the kindergarten teachers, parents, psychologists ( psychoeducator) and the logopedics teacher.

We organized the course for parents “ Educate your children this way” which was part of the National Project "The Parents' Education". The course proved to be a mean of educational information and a support for the parents finding themselves in the difficulty of educating their own children. The goal of this course was to improve the relationship between the parents and their children, the family communication because this is the condidion of a healthy and beautiful growth of a child, to prevent some of the children’s educational problems and behaviour problems.

For a successful integration of the children with special educative needs in a ordinary educational system there are required:

1. The existence of information, communication and resource centres.
2. The teachers initial and continuous training on aspects concerning CES
3. The adjusment and flexibility of the curriculum.
4. The evaluation of the integrated in common Kindergarten CES children’s school progress
5. The implication of the parents, informational shearing, the counsellment of the parents according to the requirements and the needs, the mobilization of the available and competent resources.
