Q:   Ask a Question about women
women A bit of revamping is needed for every phase we enter. Our perception towards others and how others judge us, changes.

We discover new ways of trying to look our absolute best as our skin starts to wrinkle, hair starts thinning and we pack on the pounds. This definitely should not mean that we lose all hope for being young!

We are still gorgeous and have that sex appeal to feel great about ourselves.
If you need to balance your upper body then you are going to have loads of fun adding ruffles, accessories and layers to your outfits above the waistline.

Instead of pocket details and slow-slung belts that attract attention to your hips and are a complete no-no, go for eye-catching textures and details that do the complete opposite.

The dominant feature of a triangle body is narrow shoulders and wide hips and this may prove to be a pain in the neck when shopping for a dress!

But do not despair as you can make peace with your own body shape. Plain, fronted, bootleg, flared and straight cut trousers can be a big help.

This can easily give your hip the illusion of being less wide. The same mantra applies to skirts. Paneled skirts and bias cuts work like magic.

The perfect flare skirt should fit at the waist and down the hips but should flare out from the hip area. Opting for skirts that flare out from your waist would be fashion suicide as they tend to make your hips look wider.

Heavy and ruffled tops with a lot of body are the way to go. Camisoles worn inside with a shirt or with a waistcoat are a safe bet.

Empire or wrap dresses and separates that match are also great. Business suits and jackets are better left unbuttoned. A loose fabric jacket should be higher on your priority list then double breasted and military styles.

Accessories add that final sparkle to your overall look and take the eye away from your hips.

The style mantra to remember is that fashion is just a repetition of itself in different times and there isn't anything new to it.
