Angel was opening his mouth wide and he was stretching. He was travelling with his fiancé in the car of Mrs. Jackson. He then told Maria:

'To be honest, I would like to be your husband'.

'In the Spanish style? She asked him. I mean if you are going to be my husband in the American style or the one here. Well, maybe the style is the same in all the countries. Anyway, there is much more independence for the woman in my country. I presume that this will not bother you and you will allow me a certain liberty once you know that I am American.

'Liberty for what?'
'Well, I don't know exactly, for sports let's say. In America we like this a lot'.
'What kind of sports? Because I think that when it comes to sports, some women dedicate themselves to 'golferia'.
A nd he was right, because 'golf' was my favourite sport.
'I'm one of the women who enjoy doing that'.
'You mean golferia?'
'Yes'.
'Well, I like your sincerity. And for that you want me to offer you some liberty?'
In some occasions she have showed Angel pictures with her playing golf, but they did not impress him too much. It seemed that the only liked bulls. And she told him:

'Yes, it's true. This is the sport I like best. '
'And you want to say that is a sport?'
'Of course, man, at least in my country'.
'So, you want to marry me and dedicate yourself to that?'
'Why not? But I wasn't the one who said she wanted to marry. You have said it, which is different. If we are going to marry each other, I will need a couple of hours each week. Since I was little I have had an inclination for this sport'.
'And…do you like it forever, or it is just a temporary passion?'
'Not at all. For many years this was my only entertainment, especially when I was at the university.'
'Of course, one can find the perfect partner while being at the university'.
'Yes, that is true. Boys like golf a lot, too'.
'I have no doubt. It is something general'.
'Well, it's not too general, believe me'.

Angel began to use a sarcastic humour and she asked him what was wrong with him, but he started looking out of the window. In fact, they did not know that all was a misunderstanding, because 'golf' was a false friend, which in Spanish has a totally different meaning, referring to women who dedicate themselves to immoral activities to gain money.
