Each teacher who has in his collectivity a child with disabitlity react after a long reflection.An important point of his intervention is colaboration with the parents and their counceling, their direct involving in working with the children,not just as an observer but as participants.

Teachers must help the children's parents with disabilities to take care for themselves,by that offering a better care for their children.When they are relaxated, equilibrated and enjoing is much more easy for them to see their children as humans.their abilities to solve the problems are better and they are less tented to considering children's behaviour as a personal outrage or as a reflection of the fact that they are "good"or"bad".

Teachers must make the parents understanding that they have many ideas for interact positivly with their children. Parents are models for their children and by them, they learn to live in harmony with the world.

Teachers must understand the importance of communication, starting with all speakless communication need exercice for learning to communicate positivly and eficient. As the parent part, this one we are refering is not a self ability, but it may be learned.

Only by join forces of parents, teachers and school results a better integration of children with special needs.
